Official Plan Amendment & Rezoning for a mixed use development with 5 residential towers. A total of approximately 169,273.88 square metres of gross floor area is proposed, with density of approximately 8.98 FSI. A total of 2,328 residential units are proposed, of which 281 units to be rental units in Block 3, of which 30% will be available as affordable units. New public road and public park also proposed.
