Description

May 2023 resubmission: The application has been revised as follows: A 73.5 metre (19-storey inclusive of mechanical penthouse) mixed-use building is proposed with 17,930 square metres of gross floor area of which 200 square metres is non-residential. 98 residential units and 139 parking spaces are proposed.See the related Rezoning application: 22 192578 STE 12 OZ The rezoning application proposes a 19-storey mixed-use building, including 87 residential units with commercial space at grade. The proposed building has an overall height of 68.4 metres (75.9 metres including mechanical penthouse), with a total gross floor area of 18,450 square metres.
