Description

Site Plan application for Block F (Building F1) on the southwest portion of the lands at 1880-1890 Eglinton Ave E to permit a 32-storey (102.95 metres including mechanical penthouse) mixed-use building, including a one to two-storey base building. The application proposes a total gross floor area of 25,596 square metres (23,249 square metres for residential uses and 2,346 square metres for non-residential uses) and 341 residential units. A total of 241 vehicle parking spaces, 218 bicycle parking spaces and two loading spaces (1 Type 'B' and 1 Type 'G' spaces) are proposed. This application is being reviewed concurrently with Site Plan Application No. 22 109282 ESC 21 SA for Building F2 and is related to Application Nos. 16 269853 ESC 37 OZ, 20 209175 ESC 21 OZ and 20 209194 ESC 21 SB.
