Description
Site Plan application for Block F (Building F2) on the southwest portion of the lands at 1880-1890 Eglinton Ave E to permit two mixed-use buildings: a 39-storey (north) building (130.7 metres including mechanical penthouse) and a 46-storey (south) building (151.8 metres including mechanical penthouse), connected by a four-storey base building. The application proposes a gross floor area of 59,081 square metres (56,451 square metres for residential uses and 1,190 square metres for non-residential uses), an additional 2,845 square metres of community agency space (community hub) and 905 residential units. A total of 387 vehicle parking spaces, 937 bicycle parking spaces and four loading spaces (2 Type 'B', 1 Type 'C' and 1 Type 'G' spaces) are proposed. This application is being reviewed concurrently with Site Plan Application No. 22 110353 ESC 21 SA for Building F1 and is related to Application Nos. 16 269853 ESC 37 OZ, 20 209175 ESC 21 OZ and 20 209194 ESC 21 SB.
