Description
Proposal for a mixed-use development consisting of a 21 storey building including 564 sm of retail space(at the northeast corner of Lawrence Ave E and Birchmount Rd.), a 7 storey mid-rise building (along Birchmount Rd.), 3 blocks of stacked townhouses (for an overall total of 288 dwelling units), a 395 sm Privately Owned Public Space (POPS) on the Lawrence Ave. East frontage, and a new 500 sm public park at the north-east corner of the site on Dulverton Rd. A total of 322 parking spaces would be provided underground on 4 levels.
