Description

Site Plan Application proposes to redevelop Block 1 with 32 three-bedroom townhouse units organized within four townhouse blocks. The units will front onto Perth Avenue with typical lot frontages of 4 metres (or approximately 14 feet). The maximum height of the proposed development is 12 metres alongPerth Avenue and 13 metres to the rear of the site. Each unit will include one vehicular parking space, which will be located within integrated garages at the rear, and accessed via a private driveway along the western end of the block. A total of 977 square metres oflandscaped open space is proposed.
