Description
The purpose of this application to: i) sever the land into two blocks for commercial development (Part 1-to be retained (Parts 1-8) and Part 2-to be conveyed (Parts 9-19)); ii) the extension of State Crown Boulevard (Part 20); iii) to create two servicing easements in favour of the City of Toronto. NOTE: The April 22, 2021 hearing has been postponed due to an unforeseen notification issue. This revised notice is to advise you the hearing for this application has been rescheduled to May 12, 2021.
