Description

Redevelopment of the lands consisting of, a 17-storey mixed use building containing apartment dwelling units intended for seniors, and a dedicated daycare/pre-school facility. The development will be phased. A 2-storey community centre/banquet hall, and, two new 39-storey residential buildings.The existing Place of Worship located at 920 Progress Avenue will be retained in situ, with a reconfigured access and pick-up/drop-off area.
