Description
The combined Official Plan & Zoning By-law Amendment includes blocks 5B and 5C. Both blocks are proposed to be connected by one below grade parking garage consisting of two levels, accommodating both vehicular and bicycle parking. Block 5B consists of a 31-storey mixed-use building with a 5-storey podium. The block includes 25,109 square metres of gross floor area, of which 862 square metres is proposed to be non-residential. Block 5B also proposes 396 dwelling units, with five 2-storey live/work units. Block 5C consists of a one-storey commercial building, including 978 square metres of non-residential GFA.
