Description
Combined Official Plan & Zoning By-law Amendment for a 65-storey mixed-use building with a height of 206 metres (excluding the mechanical penthouse). The proposed building will include approximately 998 square metres of retail space, 46,476.79 square metres of residential gross floor area (including 1,480.68 square metres of gross floor area as a combination of residential GFA used for affordable housing and non-residential gross floor area), and 784 dwelling units, as well as two levels of underground parking.
