Description
Site Plan Control application for the southeast portion of the site (Phase 1) consisting of a 32-storey mixed-use building (102.5 metres) fronting onto Eglinton Ave E and a 48-storey residential building (149.5 metres) fronting onto Birchmount Rd with a shared 5 to 6-storey base building. A total gross floor area of 63,275 square metres (62,380 square metres for residential uses and 895 square metres for retail uses) and 1,009 residential units are proposed. The application proposes, 422 vehicle parking spaces (419 spaces for residential uses and 3 spaces for non-residential uses), 759 bicycle parking spaces (688 long-term spaces and 71 short-term spaces), and 3 loading spaces (2 Type 'C' spaces and 1 Type 'G' space).
