Description

Site Plan Application for Phase 2 (East) for one mixed-use building fronting on Hakimi Ave with a height of 48 storeys. The application proposes a total gross floor area of 43,527 sq. m (41,940 sq.m for residential uses and 1,587 sq.m for retail uses) with 578 dwelling units. A total of 272 parking spaces (248 for residents, 7 for visitors, 16 for retail users, and 1 car share space), 586 bicycle parking spaces and 2 loading spaces (1 'Type G' and 1 'Type C') are proposed.
