Description
Site Plan Application for Phase 2 (North) consisting of: a mixed-use building fronting on new east-west Public Street A with a height of 37 storeys; 2,728 sq. m, of public parkland; and a portion of new north-south Public Street B. The application proposes a total gross floor area of 44,404 sq. m (37,360 sq.m for residential uses, 1,756 sq.m for retail uses and 5,288 sq. m for institutional uses) with 481dwelling units. A total of 287 parking spaces (258 for residents, 6 for visitors, 22 for non-residential users, and 1 car share space), 508 bicycle parking spaces and 3 loading spaces (1 'Type G', 1 'Type C' and 1 'Type B') are proposed. The existing one-storey commercial building would be demolished. This application is related to Zoning By-law Amendment Application No. 22 204139 ESC 21 OZ.
