Description

Application for Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit four mixed use towers of 34, 37, 38 and 44 storeys containing 1,496 dwelling units, with a density of 3.6 times the site area, or a gross floor area of 117,827 square metres (111,188 square metres residential, 6,639 square metres non-residential). A new 4,675 square metre public park, day care centre and new public streets are also proposed.
