Official Plan and Zoning By-Law Amendment to permit an 8-storey apartment building fronting onto Dufferin Street and 4 storey townhouses fronting onto Boland Lane. The height of the building would be 25.1 metres (excluding Mechanical Penthouse), and it would contain 78 dwelling units and a total of 43 parking spaces within an underground garage. A total of 9 townhouses are proposed at the rear of the site.
