Description
A proposal to amend the existing site plan approval under Application No. 06 179079 WET 07 SA. Proposal includes the conversion of basement parking area to production space (6946 sq. m), a two storey addition to the north side of the building (955 sq. m), an addition to the east side of the building (3014 sq. m) and the addition of a two-storey open equipment platform to the southeast side of the building. Also proposed are changes to the loading docks, parking and garbage enclosure.
