Description

Proposed 12-storey mixed-use building with 190 residential units and commercial space on the ground floor. The proposed total GFA is 13,598 m² with a density of 5.64 FSI. A total of 178 vehicular parking spaces are proposed within a lower ground level and a three storey underground parking structure, accessed from the rear of the property along Glen Everest Road. A total of 202 bicycle parking spaces are proposed.
