Description

Third submission for Site Plan Control application for a new 49-storey mixed-use building with ground floor commercial and 327 dwelling units. See also associated Zoning Amendment application (file no. 10 182677 STE 20 OZ). The project includes heritage retention of the facdes of the designated buildings on the site and rental replacement (ten affordable rental units on the second floor). See covering letter dated April 9, 2019 and the accompanying detailed revision list. Site includes 321 King Street West, which was not part of the original Zonign amendment application. The Zoning was the subject of settlement at the OMB (now LPAT). The Settlement was upheld by the Board.
