Description

Redevelopment of the property at 89-109 Niagara Street for a new mixed use complex which includes the retention and reuse of the existing heritage buildings (National Casket Factory) and the addition of a new building with two residential towers 12 and 14 storeys in height in the southerly portion of the site. Proposal contains a total gross floor area of 29,309 sq.m consisting of 345 dwellling units and 1,846 sq.m of non-residential GFA.
