Description
The revised Zoning Amendment By-law application proposes to redevelop the site with four buildings containing a mix of commercial, employment and residential uses, an on-site public park, a multi-use path, other pedestrian and cycling connections and two privately-owned, publicly-accessible open spaces at 2 Tecumseth Street and 125-133 Niagara Street.
