Description

This application proposes to amend the Zoning By-laws to permit a 26-storey mixed use building with an 8-storey podium. The development would have a total of 29,929 m2 of gross floor area, of which 2,371 m2 would be for non-residential uses. The development would contain approximately 385 residential units and a total of 258 vehicular parking spaces. An Official Plan Amendment (under File Number 16 269352 WET 06 OZ) was submitted in December 2016, was refused by City Council in May 2017 and is currently under appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board. This Zoning By-law Amendment application is currently under appeal to the Ontario Municipal Board.
