Description

Application to permit the construction of a mixed use building with a maximum building height of 115 m (excluding the mechanical penthouse) or 35 storeys, containing 31,305 m2 of combined residential and non-residential GFA. The proposal will include a 6 storey podium containing 600 m2 of retail at grade, and 8267m2 of office space on floors 2-6 as well a residential tower above containing 288 new dwelling units (22434m2). Parking will be provided in 4 level of underground parking with 155 spaces.
