Description
Official Plan and Zoning By-law Amendments to permit a 4-storey residential building with 26 dwelling units, 27 bicycle parking spaces, 52 residential vehicle parking spaces and 5 visitor vehicle parking spaces, and to permit rear ground floor terraces to be constructed within the 10 metre setback from the top-of-bank of Rosedale Valley Ravine. The three existing heritage designated buildings would be demolished.
