Description

Proposed development of four separate blocks of vacant land southwest of Lawrence Avenue East and Midland Avenue. The proposal includes seven buildings ranging in height from 6 to 27 storeys, 1,462 dwelling units, 1,245 bicycle parking spaces and 1,953 vehicle parking spaces. Under ZBL 10048; the total floor area proposed is 163,596 square metres (previously 147,048. A total of 123,288 square metres is proposed for residential uses; a total of 37,527 square metres is proposed for office and a total of 1,586 square metres is proposed for retail or other commercial uses.
