Description
** Revised Draft By-law and Engineering drawings and functional servicing report - 10/17Application to demolish the two existing rental apartment buildings on the subject site and to construct two 6- storey rental apartment buildings. The buildings will contain a total of 112 residential units, including 62 rental replacement units. A 2-level below grade parking garage is proposed to extend beneath both buildings
