Description
The proposed development consists of a 28-storey (88.7 metres, plus 7 metres mechanical) residential tower inclusive of a six-storey podium with grade-related commercial uses. A total of 179 residential units are proposed along with approximately 70 square metres (753 square feet) of grade-related retail, for a total combined residential and non-residential gross floor area of 14,821square metres (160,694 square feet), and a floor-space index (FSI) of 15.85 times the area of the lot. The OMB approved the OPA and Rezoning Application. By-law 1479-2017(OMB)
