Description
Proposal to redevelop the site with a 59-storey (182 m excluding machanicals) mixed-use development including an eight-storey podium containing retail and office uses with residential units in the tower portion. A total of 498 units are proposed with 131 parking spaces and 685 bicycle parking spaces located in a below grade parking garage. The north and west facades of the existing heritage building are proposed to be retained in situ and the south and east facades are proposed to be dismanteled and rebuilt. The interior of the building is proposed to be demolished.
