Description

Revised Submission for Zoning By-law Amendment and Site Plan Applications for a mixed-use residential and commercial developmennt with two towers 59 and 69 storeys. Both applications were appealed to the OMB. The OMB approved the zoning by-law amendment (Decision issued November 14, 2016). On July 23, 2018 City Council approved revisions to the proposal in relation to the number of dwelling units, changes to setbacks and Section 37 community benefits.
