Description

Site Plan Control application to construct 295 residential units in two condominium buildings of 14 and 10 storeys with ground floor commercial uses fronting Sheppard Avenue East and 3 blocks (57 units) of stacked townhouses situated to the rear of the site. A total of 352 residential units, 386 vehicular parking spaces and 287 bike parking spaces are proposed.
