Description

An Official Plan Amendment and Rezoning application has been submitted for the subject lands to permit the construction of a 38 Storey tower including an 11 storey base building. The proposal would contain 584 residential units. The proposal also includes 1,582 square metres of retail space located on the 1st floor and 3,170 square metres of office uses located on the first and second floors. Three levels of underground parking containing 405 parking spaces are proposed.
