Description

Site Plan application for the (WEST TOWER) to demolish the existing single family dwellings, and develop the underutilized site with a 32 storey tower above a 6 storey podium. A total of 520 residential units comprised of 60 bachelor, 359 1 bedroom, 98 two bedroom and 3 four bedroom town houses. The total proposed residential gross floor area is 32, 516 square metres.
