Description

This application proposes the construction of a 38-storey mixed-use building at 151, 157, 161, 165, 167, 171, 173, and 177 Roehampton Avenue and 140 144 Redpath Avenue. The proposal consists of a 33-storey residential tower on top of a 5-storey base with 5 townhouse units on Roehampton. There are two proposed retail units within the base, and a stand-alone retail/office building on lands currently used for a surface parking lot. The proposed development includes a total of 564 residential units and 187 parking spaces.
