Official Plan Amendment to redesignate Employment Area lands to Mixed Uses Areas designation to provide for a mixed use development consisting of a new 13 storey hotel, 877 residential dwellng units in three, 20 storey apartment buildings, 5641 square metres of offices, and 5756 square metres of commercial uses. Application effectively approved through completion of the Municipal Comprehensive Review and adoption of OPA 231 by Council on Dec. 13, 2013.
