Description

To construct a mixed-use development with a podium building and a 40 and 62-storey towers. A total of 1100 dwelling units are proposed, and the ground floor of the podium will be non-residential uses. A total of 1136 parking spaces will be provided below grade and above grade including an 800 Toronto Parking Authority facility.
