Description
To construct a 33-storey storey office tower with retail uses at grade, containing a total gross floor area of 74736m2 and 256 parking spaces below grade. A building stepback of 22.5 m will be provided above the 11th storey at King Street and an additional 8.95 m above the 21st storey. Servicing and vehicular parking will be provided off the laneway at the north side of the property.
