Description

Rezoning application to include the replacement of 22 existing units on the site with new stacked townhouses, to add one new residential condominium building, being 24 storey building with 251 units and to construct an indoor pool facility. The proposal also includes a 'swap' of land for parks purposes, with the new building being placed in the exisitng City park and a new park being constructed where some of the existing townhouses are located.
