Description
Rezoning applicaiton to permit the re-development of the site for an 8 and 46 storey building on the lands containing 587 residential units, and 375 vehicluar parking spaces below grade. Included in the proposal is the retention but relocation of the existing heritage structure at 104 John Street to most south easterly corner of the property.
