Description
This application is for consent to a lease for a period in excess of 21 years. The leased premises are shown as the Severed Parcel on the attached Lot Division Plan, and will be used by Costco Wholesale Canada Ltd. for its Costco Business Centre. Any lease that has the effect of granting the use of or right in land for a period exceeding 21 years requires the consent of the Committee of Adjustment. The applicants have also submitted an application for site plan approval for this proposal (File 20 16 114425 ESC 37 SA).
