Description
This application is for consent to sever the land into two lots. The lot to be conveyed would have a frontage of 11.31 metres and a lot area of 474.6 square metres. The retained lot would have a frontage of 11.31 metres and a lot area of 472.8 square metres. The proposed lots are shown on the attached Site Plan. The owner is proposing to demolish the existing house and build two new detached houses. In order to facilitate the proposed development, relief from the provision of the Zoning By-law was requested, as outlined in A347/15SC and A348/15SC.
