Description

To sever the property into two (2) residential lots (Part 1 and Part 2). Both lots are proposed to have lot frontages of 7.62 metres and lot areas of 494.9 square metres for Part 1 and 494.8 square metres for Part 2. The existing dwelling will be demolished with each proposed lot containing a new, 2-storey, detached dwellings requiring variances to the Zoning By-law as outlined in minor variance applications A0332/20SC and A0333/20SC.
