Description
To sever the existing property into three (3) residential lots (PARTS 1, 2 and 3). Lot frontages proposed for each lot is 10.15 metres. Lot areas proposed for PART 1 is 707.2 square metres, for PART 2 is 700.9 square metres and for PART 3 is 701.3 square metres. The existing dwelling is to be demolished with each lot to be developed with a new 2-storey, detached dwelling with a second suite located in the basement of each new house. This proposal requires variances to the Zoning By-law as outlined in minor variance applications A0306/20SC, A0307/20SC and A0308/20SC.
