Description
This is a technical consent application to sever the property into two separate parcels. 429 and 433 Port Union Road existed as separate land parcels with each parcel containing a detached dwelling. The properties were inadvertently merged on title. The application to re-establish the original property boundaries for these lots. Decisions issued for this type of consent application is delegated to the Deputy-Secretary Treasurer.
