Description
This application is for consent to sever the land into 3 lots. Part 2 on the northern part of the property will be retained, whereas Parts 1 and 3 to the north and south will be conveyed. Part 3 of the conveyed lands will be transferred to the adjacent property to the west, at 116 Beechgrove Drive, which shares the same zoning designation and use as Part 3. Part 1 of the conveyed lands will be transferred to the City.
