Description
To obtain consent to sever the property into six lots and a parcel of land for the extension of a public street (Bazalgette Drive). Three of the lots are to be retained, including the existing two-storey detached dwelling fronting onto Willowlea Drive, and two small lots fronting onto the west side of the proposed extension of Bazalgette Drive and are proposed to be future lot additions to the existing lots to the west of the property. The other three lots are proposed to be residential lots. Each of these lots would front onto the new extension of Bazalgette Drive on the north and east sides and are proposed to have detached dwellings. Cross-Reference minor variance applications A0057/22SC, A0229/22SC, A0228/22SC and A0232/22SC.

Comparison with similar applications
Lobbied applications are compared only with unlobbied applications of the same type, in the same ward, submitted in the same year and of the same size band (units or floor area from the description; sub-type for Committee of Adjustment files). Unlobbied applications are weighted to match the lobbied group. Raw lobbied versus unlobbied averages are not reported.

Submission to hearing. Approval and refusal rates are among applications with a recorded decision.
Large and complex applications attract both lobbying and longer reviews, and matching cannot remove every difference between applications, so a difference does not show that lobbying changed how an application was reviewed.
Lobbyists choose whom to contact, so a difference does not show a change of mind.
