Description
To alter the development standards (as approved by Site Specific Zoning By-law 31-2021), for a seven-storey mixed-use building that has varying heights by increasing the residential gross floor area and the height of the building. Also, to reduce the mechanical penthouse area setback, the number of vehicular parking spaces, and the number of loading spaces. There will be a total of 40 dwelling units on the lot.
