Description
To legalise and maintain the rear attached garage which was converted into a dwelling unit, and the 10 total dwelling units that were constructed without permit, and to alter the existing 11 unit, three-storey detached apartment building into a 10 unit, three-storey detached apartment building by contructing: a front basement walkout; a mechanical room; a front yard ancillary structure; and a side exit staircase.
