Description
To alter the redevelopment plan approved under Site Specific Zoning By-law No. 1083-2014 (OMB) and Zoning By-law No. 438-86 (as amended by By-law No. 494-2007), for two, 38-storey mixed-use towers by reducing the size of the required parking spaces, and by adding "precast cladding" to the list of exceptions that may be located outside of the areas delineated by the heavy lines on Map 2.
