Description

Revised proposal for two towers of 14 and 17 storeys with an adjoined podium. Number of storeys increased from 13 to 14 and from 16 to 17 storeys, with no increase in metric height, and less non-residential space and more residential space. Reducing indoor amenity space and establishing new use permissions for home occupation (live work), in a mixed-use building.
