Description
To construct a new four-storey detached building (Wabash Community Recreation Centre) with a west side attached outdoor activity space, a canopy over the west side main entrance, and solar roof panels on rear third floor and roof level. There will be a total of 10 surface parking spaces (including three accessible parking spaces), on the west side main entrance, accessed from Wabash Avenue. A related Site Plan Control application (File No. 24 180616 STE 04 SA) is currently under review and consideration.
