Description

To permit a new 10-storey residential building with a mix of market and affordable rental units totalling 165 units. The proposed building would have a total gross floor area of 10,944 square metres and a Floor Space Index of 5.1. A total of 687 square metres of amenity space comprising of 353 and 334 square metres of indoor and outdoor space respectively, would be provided. 58 vehicular parking spaces on 1 level of underground parking garage and 164 bicycle parking spaces would be provided.
